Phyllis Wambugu (BSc, MSc, EIA and CIM – UK) is a deeply experienced Real Estate & Mortgage Consultant.  She also serves as the Director & Lead Trainer at Capital Edge Solutions.  Now serving a wide clientele of corporate and individual clients, Phyllis founded this organisation with the vision of joyful families – that by serving one client, a whole generation can find joy.

She has been a Corporate Banker with a leading Multinational Bank in Nairobi, Kenya, since 1998 and left to become the Marketing Manager of a homegrown African-owned Microfinance enterprise, before embarking on this private venture.

With over 15 years’ experience in the world of finance, real estate & personal lending, Phyllis has achieved depth of knowledge in the areas of general banking, credit analysis, real estate security documentation and packaging of corporate & retail financing solutions for specific client needs.

The team’s key focus areas are 
Investing. Mortgages. Property Sales.

Publishing: Phyllis has had articles published in the Architectural Association of Kenya (Quarterly Journal) and has appeared on various media programs including K24 Breakfast Show, EBRU TV International Money News, Family Radio 316 (103.9 FM) and HOPE FM (93.3 FM) for the Money Monday magazine.
